While Clickfunnels may be the most well-known sales funnel software , you often hear people talking about earning a great deal of money as a Clickfunnels affiliate. But can you? Greg Jeffries Clickfunnels Dave Woodard
Well, the answer is absolutely. However, not everybody will.
Everything depends the way you go about promoting it, and on what your skillset is.
Clickfunnels Affiliate Promotion Approaches
In this article, I will lay out a few of the basic ways people promote Clickfunnels as an affiliate. I have tried several ways , also will share what works best for me.
To begin with, let’s lay out a few of the most common promotional procedures.
Please note, this isn’t the methods all. However, being a part of many Clickfunnels Facebook groups, these are the ways I most commonly see cited.
- Facebook Ads
- Google Adwords
- Bing Advertising
- Email Marketing
- Share Funnels
- Solo Advertising
Below, we’ll explore each method a little more in depth. Hopefully this can help you choose which method best resonates with you.
Among the most usual ways of promoting Clickfunnels within an affiliate, would be to use Facebook Advertising. Matter of fact, Clickfunnels teaches you to do so in their Affiliate Bootcamp. Greg Jeffries Clickfunnels Dave Woodard
Now, is this way effective?
For me it wasn’t. I found that because this is taught in the bootcamp, it is somewhat saturated. Imagine tens of thousands of people, all running the same ad, for exactly the identical product.
Basically, that’s exactly what it is. Now, some people today offer a complimentary lead magnet, to obtain an email address; and also in the follow up try and find the customer to take the free + transport book offer.
This turns out to be a much more effective approach, if you are wanting to go the Facebook ad route.
Next, is just another paid visitors origin; Google Adwords.
Now, a lot of people have made a whole lot of cash as a Clickfunnels affiliate, using Adwords. The very popular and well known Clickfunnels affiliate, is Spencer Mecham.
This is with good reason, seeing as he has broken 1 million bucks as an affiliate.
The down side to Google Adwords, is how competitive it is. Especially since the release of Spencer’s course Affiliate Secrets 2.0.
Due to the popularity of his path, a lot of individuals have dove headfirst to the Adwords method, forcing the cost of a single Clickfunnels trial through the roof.
I’ve seen people paying upwards of $400 to get a click! Not a trial; a click.
Unsure about you, but that’s just a bit too rich for the blood.
Because of Adwords being high, some people have turned to advertising on Bing.
Although Bing isn’t quite as popular as Google, keep in mind it’s still responsible for approximately 33% of all internet traffic.
Recently in case you’ve got an Android phone, you may have noticed after clicking a link in your own email, the URL opens in Bing instead of Google.
As a result of this, I’d expect Bing traffic to increase. So, it may be a excellent prospect for Bing Advertising. In fact, I am aware of a couple people that are extremely successful together.
This method could work in conjunction with paid traffic, or as a stand alone thing.
First off, you have to get an email list built first. You want the list to be constructed with a viewer interested in making money online (also known as the MMO niche).
Another viewer that may do nicely as a Clickfunnels Affiliate, is if you have business contacts in your list. Especially those in a market such as Health or Real Estate.
From that point you would want to promote Clickfunnels in your email followups. Rather that is by supplying a great deal of free price, or a lead magnet. Or, even a talk funnel, which we’ll discuss next.
Because it is said that it takes someone around 7 days of viewing something average, before they buy; the goal here would be to keep showing them the value of Clickfunnels.
The end result will be that a certain percentage of people may wind up accepting the free trial of Clickfunnels. Once they do, provide them guidance, or free tools etc to help them along. Greg Jeffries Clickfunnels Dave Woodard
The end aim is obviously you need them to become a paying subscriber, where you would create a recurring commission for every month they stay.
This is a really effective method for accessing Clickfunnels trials. The drawback for this, is that you have to be a Clickfunnels manhood, and be decent at building a funnel.
What you may do, is drive traffic to a landing page, where you literally give away these funnels for free.
The goal here, is for people to not be Clickfunnels members , so they’ll need to sign up with your link, then import the funnel in their dashboard.
Does this work, it had been the first strategy that really worked on me a year or so ago. This really is a win-win ordinarily.
The new subscriber instantly includes a funnel, which may potentially enable them to start collecting trials instantly. Also at the same time, it lands the Clickfunnels user who supplied the funnel, new trials. From that point, you’d send some helpful followup emails, together with guidance on how to land the traffic, and how to turn them into paying members.
Most likely, you will also be getting emails from the funnel builder. Because just as if you’re trying to convert trials with your funnel, they are trying to convert you.
It’s not quite as easy as it sounds. Since in order for this to be effective, you have to have traffic naturally. This may be done by paid traffic, email advertising or SEO; which we’ll talk about now.
For those of you that don’t understand, SEO is my bread and butter. Sureit takes more time to start making progress. However, it involves little to no cash to begin.
The purpose of SEO, is to write high quality and helpful posts (like this one), which will rank in the search engines of Google, Bing, Yahoo etc..
While it takes a while to rank, after it does a good article can bring in visitors for years to come; with minimal upkeep.
This is my favorite method when starting out, since I did not need to sink a lot of money into compensated traffic. The con about compensated visitors, is that although it’s possible to get traffic fast, you have to constantly keep sinking money into advertisements, or the visitors stops.
You do not need to worry about this with SEO.
Though I haven’t made a million bucks with Clickfunnels as an affiliate, most of my earnings are gain.
Here’s a screenshot of my dash at the time of this writing.
I began getting Clickfunnels traffic. So, about 9 months ago.
As you can see, I’ve earned in Clickfunnels Affiliate commissions.
The fantastic thing about SEO, is how it starts to chemical once your site(s) start to rank.
If you are interested in how I learned SEO, then you can take a look at the course I took here. Greg Jeffries Clickfunnels Dave Woodard
Last on my list, is solo advertisements.
Solo ads is one of the most popular approaches to building an email list.
You most likely will not receive any trials, possibly a stray 1 or 2 from running a solo ad. Nonetheless, you ought to get a nice number of optins for your listing.
From that point, you’d use the email marketing method, to try and convert your new list readers to Clickfunnels trials. With powerful email advertising, this may be a great way to earn commissions in the long run.
The good news about solo ads, is that they are a list where you will permanently own.
You do not possess Google traffic. Or, Facebook traffic.
You do own your email list.
If Facebook shut down tomorrow, I know a lot of people personally, who’d be SOL.
Another incentive to solo ads, is that once you build your list, you can market many different affiliate supplies. It is not solely for Clickfunnels.
Clickfunnels has its own Clickfunnels Affiliate training, known as the Affiliate Bootcamp. You can register here for free. The motto for this, is instructing you”How to Retire in 100 Days As a Clickfunnels Affiliate”. Though I find that a bit extreme, it is very enlightening, and can be quite beneficial if you choose to undergo it. In order to perform each of the training, you will at least have to have the 14 day trial of Clickfunnels, which can be found here.
If after 2 weeks of trialing, you do not feel like paying it, Clickfunnels is easy to cancel. I’ve done it myself in the past.
It is done through the dashboard, so there’s absolutely no need to have to talk to anybody about it, if you decide it is not for you.
So, as you can see – it can be quite profitable as a Clickfunnels affiliate. Like anything, there are many men and women who neglect. But in the event that you merely do it, and tweak things as you go, you will be prosperous. Greg Jeffries Clickfunnels Dave Woodard
My advice for you is to pick one strategy which contrasts with you, and learn it. I see a good deal of people who remain stuck, since they split their attention in a lot of directions.
This does not help you scale. It holds you back.
